What you choose to share
Email, ZIP, former-customer status and interests. The separate Private Zula form also asks which weekly quantity you would consider. A note is optional; please do not include medical, financial or other sensitive information.
Why we ask
To understand current demand and contact you by email about your stated Zula interest. Submitting is not a purchase, reservation, payment or commitment to produce. We do not enroll you in SMS messages.
Where answers go
Our forms use Google Forms in the founder’s account. Responses are private to the account owner and are not published on this website or in our code repository. We may summarize interest in aggregate without names or email addresses.
Your choice
The Google form loads only when you choose to open it. Google processes the form and may process technical information under its own privacy policy. You can read the site without opening a form.
Questions or removal
You can use the optional note in the general interest form to request correction or removal of an earlier response, using the same email so it can be located. If Zula contacts you, you may also reply to that email. Please avoid adding sensitive information to a request.
